Weiji Hall is located in Hongqin Village, Xakeng Town, and dates back to the Republican era.

Hongqin Village: I. Geographic Location

Hongqin Village in Xakeng Town is situated in the southern part of She County, approximately 30 kilometers from the county seat. The village borders Hongfei Village to the east, Shitan Village to the south, connects with Beian Town to the west, and adjoins Jixi County to the north. Both National Highway 205 (Hang-Hui Road) and the Hangzhou–Huangshan Expressway run through the area, giving it notable locational advantages.

II. Administrative Division

Hongqin Village is under the jurisdiction of Xakeng Town. After the 2010 adjustment of village administrative boundaries, Hongqin Village was merged with Shanhou Village, Mengkeng Village, and Chakeng Village to form the present-day Hongqin Village.
