The Former Residence of the Lü Family is located in Caijiaqiao Town, Jingde County. It dates back to the Qing Dynasty and is classified as an ancient building.

In 2016, the Former Residence of the Lü Family was designated by the Xuancheng Municipal People's Government as part of the second batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units.
