The Jing-She Ancient Road is a cultural heritage protection unit of Xuancheng City.

The Jing-She Ancient Road is located in Baidi Town, Jingde County, dating back to the Tang Dynasty and classified as an ancient historical site.

In 2016, the Jing-She Ancient Road was announced by the Xuancheng Municipal People’s Government as part of the second batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units.

Baidi Town: Baidi Town is situated in the southwest of Jingde County, Xuancheng City, southeastern Anhui, approximately 37 kilometers from the Huangshan Scenic Area, serving as the eastern gateway to Huangshan. The town covers a total area of 95.8 square kilometers,

governs six village committees, has a total population of 15,000, with 17,000 mu of agricultural land, 82,000 mu of mountainous land, and a forest coverage rate of 56%. The town boasts abundant local produce, including high-quality grain and oil, ramie, silkworm cocoons, timber and bamboo, as well as China Beef No. 1. Mineral resources include iron, zinc, limestone, and stone coal.
