The Ancient Architectural Complex of Huangtian Village is a National Key Cultural Relics Protection Unit.

Protected area: The protected zone consists of 8 sections—1 in Huangtian and 7 in Xucun—covering a total area of 36.72 hectares.

Huangtian Section Protected Area: To the east, extending to the foot of the southwestern mountain of Lailonggang and the northern foothills of Fengxing Mountain; to the south, 30 meters south of the southern bank of Fengzi River, along Lion Mountain and Qifeng Mountain, 30 meters east of the easternmost end of Siyatang, at the front of Peifeng Pavilion; to the west, extending along Xiangshan and Zhaojiashan mountains, along the rural road and village path, with the westernmost boundary 150 meters from Cultural Relics Courtyard No. 2 at the turning point; to the north, extending to the foot of Wuguixing Mountain, covering an area of 34.57 hectares.

Xucun Section Protected Area: (1) Yongxi: The outer boundaries of 3 buildings are extended 10 meters outward in all directions, along courtyard walls, surrounding buildings, and road boundaries, covering an area of 0.33 hectares. (2) Shuanghe: The He Shengli residential courtyard building and ruins are expanded 5 meters outward, covering an area of 0.89 hectares. (3) Shuanghe: The Zhu Family Ancestral Hall courtyard is bounded by its own walls, surrounding building walls, and roads as the protected boundary, covering an area of 0.08 hectares. (4) Shuanghe: Wenchang Pavilion is expanded 10 meters outward, covering an area of 0.06 hectares. (5) Xucun: Chengzhi Hall and the Peasant Association building boundaries are extended to the surrounding roads, covering an area of 0.10 hectares. (6) Xucun: The Chong (Cheng) Ben Tang building courtyard is expanded to the surrounding roads, covering an area of 0.45 hectares. (7) Xucun: The Shuzi Tang courtyard boundaries are extended 10 meters outward in all four directions, covering an area of 0.24 hectares.

Construction Control Zone: There are 2 sections of Category I Construction Control Zones, covering a total area of 184.45 hectares.

Huangtian Section: 178.65 hectares. Boundaries: To the north, along the ridge line of the hills; from north to west, along the foothills of Hemuling and Xiangshan, connecting with the Construction Coordination Zone; to the west, approximately 350 meters from Dongxin Bridge, connecting the mountain ridgelines on both sides of the Fengzi River; to the south, along the southern foothills of Lion Mountain, to the southern foothills of Niubei Mountain; to the east, approximately 100 meters outside the protected area.

Xucun Section: Shuanghe, covering an area of 5.80 hectares. Boundaries: To the west, the protected area is expanded 50 meters outward; to the south, the Wenchang Pavilion protected area is expanded 50 meters outward; to the east, along the road, overlapping with the Category II Construction Control Zone boundary.

Category II Construction Control Zone: 6 sections—2 in Huangtian and 4 in Xucun—covering a total area of 12.38 hectares.

Huangtian Section: 2.55 hectares. (1) West of Peifeng Pavilion: 1.87 hectares. Boundaries: East, west, and north along the protected area lines; south along the Peifeng Pavilion courtyard wall. (2) Village Entrance Service Area: 0.68 hectares. Boundaries: North along the village road, west along the rural road, south 5 meters outside the service area building, east 30 meters outward along Machong River, along the small road by the Fengzi River.

Xucun Section: 9.83 hectares. (1) Xucun Chongben Tang: 3.00 hectares. North, west, and south 50 meters outside the two protected area lines; east along the road. (2) Xucun Shuzi Tang: 1.97 hectares. Boundaries: 50 meters outside the Shuzi Tang protected area. (3) Yongxi: 1.48 hectares. Boundaries: 50 meters outside the protected area. (4) Shuanghe: 3.38 hectares. East of the road: 30 meters north and south along Tangtou Street. West of the road: north 50 meters outside the protected area; west and south along the protected area lines.
