The former site of the Shuanghuayuan Village Party Branch of the CPC is located in Taohuatan Town, Jing County. Dating back to the Republican era, it falls under the category of important modern historical sites and representative buildings.

In 2016, the former site of the Shuanghuayuan Village Party Branch of the CPC was designated as part of the second batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units by the Xuancheng Municipal People’s Government.

It covers a total area of 86.03 km², bordered by the renowned tourist destination Huangshan Mountain to the south and the famous Buddhist site Jiuhua Mountain to the west.
