It is a kiln site from the Spring and Autumn and Warring States Periods where both stamped pottery and proto-porcelain were co-fired. The cultural deposit at the kiln site is relatively thick, with a rich variety of products, mainly including bowls, jars, and vats. It has a long firing history and a wide distribution area. The co-firing of stamped pottery and proto-porcelain is a major cultural feature among the heritage remains of the Yue people’s ancestors. Such a large-scale co-firing center for stamped pottery and proto-porcelain is unique in the country and holds significant historical value for studying the socioeconomic development of the Yue State during the Spring and Autumn and Warring States Periods.

Stamped pottery and proto-porcelain represent an important transitional stage from pottery to porcelain. Their production techniques are of great research value and significance for the origin and invention of porcelain, occupying a crucial position in the history of Chinese ceramics and laying a solid foundation for the emergence of mature celadon in the Eastern Han Dynasty.
