Yay-hoo！Remember when I last took everyone to the whimsical Tainan homestay, Dili Cottage? I really loved their cute, vivid, and cozy environment. Unexpectedly, in September this year, the owner opened “Dili Cottage Second Branch,” located on Section 1, Lin’an Road, Tainan City — not too far from the first branch and also close to delicious street food spots!“The most amazing thing about Dili Cottage Second Branch” is that they’ve brought fairy tales right into the rooms, such as Snow White, The Wizard of Oz, Aladdin’s Magic Lamp, and more — classic tales that leave lasting impressions. The owner hopes that the next generation of kids can also get to know these timeless stories. That’s why the rooms are designed to look just like scenes from fairy tales, allowing parents to tell the stories to their children using the murals. In addition, there are slides and swings in the rooms—and the coolest part is, there’s even a racetrack！This will definitely make the little ones not want to go to bed. %It's located on the second floor of a building on Section 1, Lin’an Road, Tainan City. Just walk up the stairs of the building you see, and you'll find the place on the second floor. There's also a parking lot nearby. And it's close to a 7-Eleven, so you’ll spot it once you're near the 7-Eleven！

%It’s very family-friendly and suitable for young children. The room themed around “Dili Cottage” is very warm and childlike.　

%There’s also a shelf that holds many educational toys and DIY playthings—all carefully selected by the owner. Some can be played with inside the room, and many parents who love them end up buying the toys to take home for their kids to continue playing with！

%There’s also a game area that provides storytelling services for the little guests here. But many young guests have so much fun they don’t want to leave！The wall graffiti has a fun party theme, and lots of kids come to celebrate Onion’s birthday here！

%The first-floor restaurant area is also designed like a small amusement park. Kids can have a great time here, eat safely, and parents can feel at ease letting them enjoy themselves—it’s truly a great place to bring the little ones！

%Additionally, they’ve designed a spy-themed room here, made entirely with locally sourced materials. It’s super cool. Even trying to play 007 here feels completely lacking in menace, haha~ Interested parents can inquire with the owner about it！Also, the owner gave us a super kawaii fan！

%Some of the rooms at Dili Cottage also offer special activities that families can join in on.　

%They also make their own zongzi—both meat and vegetable zongzi—which I absolutely love！

%The “Family-Friendly Literary & Cultural Journey” is created by the owner of Dili Cottage, packed with rich travel information and great places to eat and have fun—even including the latest attraction, “Lin Department Store.” It’s seriously so professional！

%There’s also a coffee bar & counter area, with the back wall painted with the Onion Family’s birthday party—the joyful story all begins here！It’s super colorful and adorable！

%The best part is, there’s also an elevator here, so it’s very convenient if you’re traveling with elderly people. Next, let’s go check out the rooms！

%One of the standard rooms can be converted into an eight-person room by adding extra beds (25 ping), and the entrance has a cave-like feel—the artwork is super three-dimensional！This is also the room type we stayed in this time！

%The owner even helped us set up a night light that made our little one think we had entered a magical forest.

%There’s also a dining area where parents can sit while the kids are being entertained. Parents can watch TV here while the kids are entertained.

%The best part is, there’s also a slide here. Some kids really love it—they even used to rush through homework just to play on the slide, and then wait in line for another turn. Now, they can play on it over and over again here, and even the little ones have a blast！The slide has a slight curve, making it quite fun to use (recommended for kids aged four and above; younger children should be accompanied by parents)！There’s also a swing that’s fun for both adults and kids—just sitting and swaying back and forth is super relaxing！

%You can also pretend you’re exploring a secret passage in a castle by walking along this corridor here—it’s really fun for imaginative play！

%Another room also has a princess-themed decor, with a separate sleeping area for parents, a bunk bed for kids, and a TV in the kids’ room. There’s also a nice view of the city from the window. The location is quiet, and it’s very comfortable.

%There’s also a message book where you can leave any comments or words of encouragement—you’re welcome to write in it！

%Each room is also independently designed, giving each space its own unique charm. It’s really lovely！

% The meal voucher reward has a small surprise inside? The first page is beautifully designed, and the puzzles inside are quite fun. It's actually the distance from the hotel to various attractions. We really emphasize that the game content isn't the same each time—it's truly heartwarming.

% The kids' room also comes with a selection of toys, which both children and adults love.

% They’ve even prepared an independent hairdryer instead of a wall-mounted one, which is super convenient to use. It’s extremely handy for girls or moms helping little ones dry their hair.

% The space is also quite large, and besides the usual amenities, they’ve specially designed a child-friendly vanity mirror that’s easy for kids to use.

% They also offer a separate water temperature adjustment for the shower, so you can set it to your preferred °C—super comfortable overall.

% Another highlight is the baby bathing heater. In winter, it can be used when bathing little ones, so there’s no need to worry about them catching a cold. After the bath, it can also dry the floor to prevent slippery, wet surfaces. They’ve really thought of every detail.

% The biggest room is the one that can be expanded into a 10-person room (35 ping) by adding extra beds. There’s a horse statue sitting by the door—it’s super cute. This is also the largest room type in "Dili House II."

% As soon as you enter, you’ll see a beautifully decorated space with a kids' vanity mirror and even a starry sky ceiling. The facilities here are even more impressive.

% This is a super creative treehouse concept—they’ve actually moved a real treehouse with dual slides into the room. It’s amazing. I’m sure the kids will go crazy playing in this treehouse slide area.

% The first room also has a cozy kids' corner, and there’s even a mini teepee tent where kids can play hide-and-seek, making parents feel at ease.

% The living room has a large sectional sofa where tired adults can take a break.

% They’ve even mirrored the iconic "Dili House II" mirror in the kids' area, so the little ones can instantly become the most beautiful person in the world.

% They’ve thoughtfully designed a rainbow corner where kids can take photos. The lighting isn’t harsh, but it’s still very photogenic. Many parents really love this spot.

% This room is also uniquely designed, with an additional feature: a kids' painting wall. There are also 3D apples painted on the wall, allowing parents to tell stories to their kids.

% The smallest room doesn’t allow extra beds (10 ping), but despite the smaller space, it has everything you need—the essential amenities are all included.

% This room also has a starry sky ceiling, creating the illusion of staying in a fairy-tale world.

% The door-themed room doesn’t allow extra beds (10 ping), but there’s a huge character statue by the door—much larger than the door itself. And no matter which angle you look from, it feels like it’s watching you...

% The room that can be expanded into an 8-person room (25 ping) allows extra beds. This room type is also quite spacious, and besides the slide, there’s also a small climbing wall.

% They’ve specifically designed this theme, allowing kids to easily climb up and down, making it fun and engaging. Classic characters like Peter Pan and Captain Hook are all here, evoking childhood memories. The climbing wall is a unique highlight.

% The character-themed room doesn’t allow extra beds (9 ping indoors, 5 ping outdoors), but the walls are also painted with classic characters, bringing back nostalgia.

% This room emphasizes family space, making it very cozy. Of course, the slides and other play facilities are all included.

% The indoor area is even designed like a mini racetrack—so cute. Kids will definitely go crazy for this.

% There’s also a kids' play kitchen, where children can pretend to cook without getting too close to real heat sources.　

% Kids can also give a high-five to the characters on the wall. The graffiti here is specially designed to help kids immerse themselves in the story. The compact and exquisite room is also very comfortable, with slides, bathtubs, and more.
