Republican-era Courtyard

The Republican-era Courtyard is a privately-run museum located in Xikou, a county-level area under Fenghua City, Ningbo. It is also the hometown of Chiang Kai-shek. The museum displays a variety of traditional daily necessities, old photographs, weapons, and modes of transportation from that era. In addition, there are video screenings and skill performances, such as papermaking and folk acrobatics. Compared to traditional tourist attractions, this site offers a unique experience, chronicling various aspects of the Republican era with significant educational value. Right across from the museum is the former Chiang family residence, and the overall layout of the entire scenic area is well-planned.
