Situated in Qianda’ao, Qinggang Village, Moushan Town, it is a modern agricultural park and comprehensive eco-tourism resort that combines leisure, fishing, barbecuing, sightseeing, science education, and fitness vacationing. Surrounded by mountains, the villa boasts fresh air and picturesque scenery, integrating ecological agriculture and forestry with leisure tourism. Moushan Town: Located on the Ningbo-Shaoxing Plain, Moushan Town is the western gateway to Ningbo. Covering a total area of 38.5 square kilometers, the town administers seven administrative villages and one residential committee, with a total population of 20,324. It is home to Ningbo’s second-largest natural lake – Mou Lake – surrounded by numerous historical sites and pleasant scenery. The town enjoys convenient transportation, with Provincial Highway 61, the Xiaoshan-Ningbo Railway, and the Zhedong Canal running through it.
