Baqing Road Historic District
The Baqing Road Historic District is located in the southwest of Nancheng. The area includes streets and alleys such as Baqing Road, Sunhang Lane, and Tanjing Lane. Historical and cultural sites within the district include the Zai Fu Mansion, the former residence of Lü Ben, a grand secretary from the Ming Dynasty and a municipal-level cultural relic protection unit in Yuyao, as well as the Zhao Archaeology Ancestral Hall. Historically, this area served as a mixed-use space for both residential and commercial purposes.
The Baqing Road Traditional Residential District: Located within the ancient city area of Nancheng, its key protected area extends from south of Sunhang Lane to Baqing Road and from east of Tanjing Lane to the eastern edge of existing ancient buildings. It includes the Zai Fu Mansion, the Zhao Archaeology Ancestral Hall, and surrounding residential houses, covering an area of 2.50 hectares.
The Traditional Style Harmony Zone stretches from Nanlei Road in the east to Dahuangqiao Road in the west, from Shunshui South Road in the south to a small lane north of the Zhao Archaeology Ancestral Hall in the north, covering an area of 7.8 hectares.
