The Huo Residence is a cultural heritage site protected by Yuyao City.

Huo Residence

Located on the east side of Wushengmen Road in Yangming Community, Yangming Subdistrict, the Huo Residence was built during the Ming Dynasty. Originally a large-scale complex, only two sets of structures along the central and eastern axes remain today. The central axis features a brick-carved gatehouse and a rear building, while the eastern axis includes a main hall and a rear building. The residence is characterized by its simple structure and understated decorations, reflecting the typical architectural style of Ming-era residential buildings in Yuyao. On April 26, 2010, the Huo Residence was designated as part of the fifth batch of municipal-level cultural heritage sites in Yuyao City.
