Located in Yangjia Village, Langxia Subdistrict, it was built in the late Qing Dynasty, faces south with its back to the north, and consists of a front hall, main building, rear building, and other structures. Its basic layout remains intact, making it the best-preserved traditional pawnshop architecture in Yuyao to date. On April 26, 2010, the former site of Huiyuan Pawnshop was designated as part of the fifth batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units in Yuyao.

Langxia Subdistrict: Langxia Subdistrict is 8 km from downtown Yuyao and 20 km from the Hangzhou Bay Bridge. It borders Dilang Subdistrict to the east, connects with Yangming Subdistrict and Mazhu Town to the south, reaches Xiaocao'e Town and Zhoushi Town of Cixi City to the north, and adjoins Simen Town to the west. National Highway 329 runs across the area, while Liangzhou First-Class Highway and Zhou-Tai Road pass through it, providing very convenient land transportation.
