Fengbao Old Residence is a cultural relic protection unit of Yuyao City.

Fengbao Old Residence

Located in Jietangli Natural Village, Xingshan Village, Huangjiabu Town, it is a large-scale traditional courtyard complex from the Republican era, built by local wealthy merchant Chen Fengbao. The residence includes an entrance hall, main hall, main building, as well as gardens and courtyards interspersed throughout, all enclosed by walls. Covering an area of more than 3,000 square meters, it showcases the architectural features of grand residences of the affluent in northwestern Yao during the Republican era. On April 26, 2010, Fengbao Old Residence was designated as part of the fifth batch of municipal-level cultural relic protection units in Yuyao City.

Huangjiabu Town: Jilong Village in Huangjiabu Town is bordered by National Highway 329 to the north and Yufu Highway to the south, approximately 5 kilometers from the Moushan interchange. The village has a registered total of 1,078 households, with a population of 3,306, and 150 Party members. In 2004, the village achieved a total economic income of 430 million yuan, with an average per capita income of 10,018 yuan for farmers, and collective village income of 820,000 yuan. It is recognized as a Ningbo Civilized Village, a Ningbo Model Village for Democracy and Rule of Law, an Advanced Party Organization in Yuyao, and a Civilized Village in Yuyao.
