The Xu Family Western-style Building on Fuqian Road is located on Fuqian Road, Xianqingdi Community, Fengshan Subdistrict, in the Republic of China period, and is categorized as a modern-era typical-style building or structure.

On September 23, 2014, it was designated as part of the sixth batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units by the Yuyao Municipal People's Government.

Covering an area of 45.5 square kilometers with a population of over 80,000, it governs 8 administrative villages, 6 communities, and 1 residents' committee.
