The Li Family Residence on Fuqian Road is located on Fuqian Road, Xianqingdi Community, Fengshan Subdistrict, dating back to the Qing Dynasty, and is categorized as an ancient architectural structure—residential dwelling.
On September 23, 2014, it was designated as part of the sixth batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units by the People's Government of Yuyao City.
Fengshan Subdistrict: Located in the northeastern part of Yuyao’s urban area, Fengshan Subdistrict is the city’s economic and cultural hub. Covering an area of 45.5 square kilometers, it has a population of over 80,000, and administers 8 administrative villages, 6 communities, and 1 residents' committee. The subdistrict is home to nearly 4,000 industrial and trade enterprises, including more than 1,000 industrial firms. Key industries such as plastics, mold-making, mechanical and electrical equipment, and hardware are clustered here.
