The Shao Family Residence on Guanjia Lane is a cultural relic protection unit of Yuyao City.

The Shao Family Residence on Guanjia Lane is located at No. 117, Guanjia Lane, Yangming Community, Yangming Subdistrict, Yuyao City. Facing south, the main hall and the western side room enclose a small courtyard, while the rear building aligns with the main hall along a central axis. The main hall and the western side room date back to the Qing Dynasty, while the rear building was added later during the Republic of China period by descendants of the Shao family. The main hall is five bays wide, with a flush gable roof and a high flat house. It features a corridor under the eaves, nine purlins, and a mixed structural system of through-tenon and post-and-lintel construction. The interior floor is paved with stone slabs in staggered joints. The overall materials used are substantial, and the architectural style is simple and elegant. The western side room is three bays wide, with a single-slope inner section, connected to the main hall. The eastern wing room is also three bays wide, relatively close to the main hall, featuring four pillars and seven purlins, with a mixed structure of through-tenon and post-and-lintel construction. The rear building was constructed during the Republic of China period by descendants of the Shao family. It is five bays wide, with five pillars and nine purlins, and features a building with a Guanyin hood-style gable wall.

The Shao Family Residence on Guanjia Lane has been the dwelling place of the Shao family across generations. From the Guangxu era of the Qing Dynasty through the Republic of China period to the present day, descendants of the Shao family have continuously lived here. This residence is one of the representative long-inhabited family homes in Yuyao.

On September 23, 2014, the People's Government of Yuyao City announced it as part of the sixth batch of municipal-level cultural relic protection units.
