Changle Town: A town under the jurisdiction of Shengzhou City. Established as Changle Town in 1955, it became a commune in 1961 and was reinstated as a town in 1981. Located in the southwestern part of the city, it is 25 kilometers from the urban area. It covers an area of 133 square kilometers with a population of 40,000.
