The Lesser Three Gorges

The Lesser Three Gorges serve as the natural gateway to the Shiwaiyan Scenic Area, stretching approximately 3 kilometers in length. At the entrance of the canyon, visitors board a cruise boat to enter. The canyon winds through the landscape, with deep pools of water and towering green peaks on both sides that are impossible to climb. After cruising for about ten minutes, passengers disembark and continue on a wooden plank walkway. Lush green mountains line the gorge, and the waters within flow gently with a soothing sound. Further along, travelers cross stone stepping stones and traverse fields, walking on cobblestone paths through the shade of the forest until they reach Shiwaiyan.
