Longxi

Longxi

Longxi originates from Biaoshan and flows into Panjing, serving as a small tributary of the Nanxi River. The stream features cascading waterfalls and emerald pools, offering picturesque scenery. Aside from Guanzhu Pool, the other four pools are called Niujiao Ti Pool, Huludou Pool, and Shuanglian Pool. Shuanglian Pool, situated upstream, is named for its two similarly sized pools connected side by side.

Huludou Pool is named for its resemblance to a gourd, with walls that look like a fishing platform. Niujiao Ti Pool is named for its similarity to a cow’s hoof print. Among the Seven-Turn Waterfall, three of the cascades are closely linked, located above the Twin-Linked Pool, resembling a beaded curtain, while the other four cascade into Huludou Pool and Niujiao Ti Pool.
