The Yongjia Huangtanxi Water Conservancy Scenic Area is a national water conservancy scenic area.

The Huangtanxi Water Conservancy Scenic Area is built around water conservancy projects such as the Jinxi Reservoir and the Bilianxi Reservoir. It is a natural river and lake-type scenic area, mainly comprising the Baizhang Waterfall Scenic Area, Jinxi Lake (a medium-sized reservoir), and the Jinxi Hydropower Station (a national model power station). It boasts ten representative landscapes: Soaring Jinxi, Secluded Huangtan, Mirage of Fantastic Rocks, Ancient Kengkou Village, Jinxi Terraces, Grouper Precipice, Wellness Manor, Model Power Station, Leisure Embankment, and Baizhang Waterfall. The total planned area of the scenic zone is 46.55 square kilometers, including approximately 4.17 square kilometers of water area. The estimated annual tourist volume is 800,000 visitors, with total tourism revenue of about 70 million yuan.
