The Twin Tombs of Lin Zenghan and Xu Tingshi are a protected cultural heritage site of Yongjia County.

The Twin Tombs of Lin Zenghan and Xu Tingshi are located on the southern side of A’er Mountain in Luofu Village, Oubei Subdistrict. Dating back to the Qing Dynasty, they are categorized as ancient tombs.

In 2010, the Twin Tombs of Lin Zenghan and Xu Tingshi were listed as a county-level cultural heritage site of Yongjia County.

Oubei Subdistrict: Oubei Urban New District (Subdistrict) is located in the southeastern part of Zhejiang Province, at the confluence of the Nanxi River and the Ou River. It faces downtown Wenzhou across the river and boasts a superior location. The area covers 50.3 square kilometers and governs 27 administrative villages and 12 community neighborhood committees.
