In 2010, Ying'erjiao Mountain Zhongxiang Hall was listed as a county-level cultural heritage site under the protection of Yongjia County.

Bilian Town: Bilian Town is situated in the central-western part of Yongjia County. It was established as an administrative town after the liberation in 1949. According to the "Yongjia County Annals" from the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty, “it is located in the 45th township north of the city, featuring Yan Tian Tai, Wang Bi Peak, Dragon Head Rock, and Du Xiu Peak, all rising together in the shape of a lotus flower, hence the name Bilian (Green Lotus).” In the summer of Hongwu year Jiyou during the Ming Dynasty, Liu Ji, thinking of his kin within the five degrees of mourning, visited the ancestral temple — Yongjia Prefecture Ancestral Hall — and bestowed upon it a plaque. Delighted by the clear green waters and the lush vegetation of Lotus Mountain, he named the village Bilian.
