The vernacular architecture of Yubei Village is a Zhejiang Provincial Cultural Heritage Conservation Unit.

The vernacular architecture of Yubei Village is located in Yantan Town, Yongjia County, dating back to the Qing Dynasty.

On January 7, 2011, it was announced as part of the sixth batch of Zhejiang Provincial Cultural Heritage Conservation Units.

Yantan Town: A town under the jurisdiction of Yongjia County. It was established as Yantan Township in 1949, restructured as a commune in 1961, reinstated as a township in 1984, and upgraded to a town in 1986. Located in the northern part of the county, on both sides of the upper reaches of the Nanxi River, it covers an area of 46 square kilometers with a population of 11,000. The town administers the Yantanjie Neighborhood Committee and 12 village committees: Yantan, Tan Yi, Xi?xi, Mouyong, Si’niujian, Cai’er, Liangyi, Yiniu, Shiguo, Renzhu, Liu’e, and Shuidong.
