The Tan Tou scenic area features beautiful mountains and clear waters, ancient trees towering above, meandering streams, and sunlit pools, making it an exceptionally picturesque environment. It is renowned as one of the “Top Four Scenic Spots,” ranked as “First Tan Tou, Second Pei Kou, Third Qing Yang, Fourth Jie Shou.” The entire scenic area consists of attractions such as Yue Tan (Moon Pool), Bai Yu, Lotus, Jian Shan (Pointed Mountain), Ji Gong Yan (Rooster Rock), and Lai Long Shan (Coming Dragon Mountain).

Chi Huai Town: A town under the jurisdiction of Kaihua County. In 1950, it was established as Lu Kou Township; in 1958, it became Chi Huai Commune; in 1983, it was restructured as Ba Tou Township; in 1985, it was upgraded to a town; and in 1992, it was renamed Chi Wei Town. Located in the southwestern part of the county on the western bank of the Chi Huai Stream, it is 12.5 kilometers from the county seat. Covering an area of 85.2 square kilometers with a population of 16,000, it is traversed by the Xing (Kou) – Su (Zhuang) Highway.
