The Wang Clan Ancestral Hall faces south and has three courtyards in sequence, spanning five bays in width. It includes a stage and side rooms, covering a total area of 842.12 square meters. The beam framework in the first entrance hall consists of seven purlins, with a five-purlin beam supported by four posts in the front double-bay section. The central and side bays feature a movable stage, which has a double-eaved hip-and-gable roof. Corridors run along both sides of the courtyard. The second courtyard houses the main hall, with an eight-purlin beam framework and a five-purlin beam supported by four posts in the front double-bay and rear single-bay sections. The third courtyard includes the rear hall and corridors on both sides, all of which are two-story structures with single-eaved roofs. The entire complex is well preserved and represents one of the larger ancestral halls in western Zhejiang.

Qirui Hall is a residential building. It faces north and features a main axis that includes the main hall, rear hall, garden pavilion, and flower hall. To the east of the main axis are auxiliary buildings such as a separate courtyard, sedan-chair hall, and study. The total area is 3,339 square meters. The overall structure is intact and fully functional. The wooden carvings feature a rich variety of themes, exquisite craftsmanship, and diverse subjects, making this an outstanding example of residential architecture in the province.
