Date of designation: August 29, 1997

Located on Fulian Mountain in Chaijia Village, Hetian Township. On August 13, 1936, the Central County Committee of the CPC for Kaihua (Kai), Wuyuan (Wu), and Xiuning (Xiu) was reorganized here into the Zhejiang–Anhui Special Committee of the CPC, with Zhao Lisheng as the secretary. The committee’s office was located here. The site is a two-story brick-and-wood structure facing east, with three bays in width and two in depth, covering a total area of about 90 square meters. It features double-eave tiles, a flush gable roof, and horse-head walls. On the left side of the main gate, remnants of a red army slogan signed “Red Army Political Propaganda” can still be seen on the doorframe wall.
