Yukun Hall (Yu Family Ancestral Hall) is a cultural heritage site protected at the county level in Kaihua County.

Yukun Hall is located in Yantan Village, Majin Town. It is a Qing Dynasty structure and was designated as part of the fifth batch of county-level cultural heritage protection units. This ancestral hall of the Yu family faces southwest and is built along a northeast-southwest axis. It consists of three courtyards, each connected by a central courtyard with corridors on either side, covering an area of approximately 480 square meters. The first courtyard includes a stage flanked by towers. The second courtyard is a main hall with a five-bay front-roofed structure and a single-step beam at the rear. The third courtyard also has a tower. The overall architecture features simple carvings, with walls primarily constructed from cobblestones.

Majin Town: A town under the jurisdiction of Kaihua County. Established as Majin Township in 1950, it was reorganized as a commune in 1958, restored as a township in 1983, and upgraded to a town in 1985. Located in the northern part of the county on the eastern bank of the Majin Stream, it lies 17.6 kilometers from the county center. Covering an area of 94 square kilometers, it has a population of 22,000. National Highway 205 and the Quzhou–Chun’an Road pass through the town.
