The Silver Valley of the World scenic area is set against the backdrop of China’s vast bamboo sea in the Land of Bamboo, accented by ancient, unique rocks. It boasts the majesty of mountains, the grace of water, and timeless historical legends. Being there, you will sincerely marvel at nature’s miraculous craftsmanship. Tan Dun, the Chinese-American who won an Academy Award for Best Original Music Score, remarked after visiting: “Silver Valley is the most beautiful scenery under heaven.”

The Silver Valley of the World scenic area has a uniquely advantageous location. It is situated in the core tourist zone of Anji’s Tianhuangping, within a 15-minute drive of famous attractions such as the "Bamboo Museum," "Tianhuangping Hydropower Station," "Hidden Dragon Hundred Waterfalls," and "Huangpu River Source First Rafting." It is recognized as a "China Moso Bamboo Industrialization Demonstration Base" and a "Modern Moso Bamboo Science and Technology Park." The scenic area is divided into: Bamboo Sea Overlook Zone, Unique Bamboo Viewing Zone, Canyon and Rock Love Zone, Eco-Film Zone, and Fairy Tea-Giving Zone. The mountain paths within the area twist and turn, with varying slopes and undulating terrain. Along the way, you can hear the sounds of flowing water — sometimes like roaring waterfalls, other times like murmuring streams — all unique in character. Surrounded by an ocean of bamboos, with lush greenery and refreshing breezes, it helps dispel all inner turbidity. The vast area includes gentle lakes, rugged canyons, making it an ideal place for various outdoor sports and fitness activities.

The Silver Valley of the World, with its beautiful ecological environment and unique geological features, has become a Chinese eco-film base. In 2007, renowned Hollywood director Rob Minkoff filmed "The Forbidden Kingdom" here. Jackie Chan, Jet Li, and Liu Yifei joined forces in a truly once-in-a-lifetime collaboration.

Feng Xiaogang’s "The Banquet" held its “banquet” here, with numerous international-level creators and leading actors such as Tan Dun, Ye Jintian, Yuan Heping, Zhang Ziyi, Ge You, Wu Yanngzu, and Zhou Xun all “attending” as promised. The large-scale TV series "King Goujian of Yue," directed by Huang Jianzhong and featuring famous actors Chen Baoguo and You Yong, wrapped filming here. Another blockbuster from Huayi Brothers, "The Matrimony," soon followed, with Fan Bingbing, Liu Yifei, and Leon Lai all gathering at the “Silver Valley of the World.”

At the media meeting for "The Banquet," director Feng Xiaogang said emotionally: “The Silver Valley of the World in Anji is not only a paradise for travelers but also a blessed land for filmmakers!” He happily inscribed: “The Bamboo Sea of Silver Valley is the finest under heaven.”
