Nanjing Juxing Pavilion

Juxing Pavilion is located beside the Jinhu Bridge in Gaochun County. Originally built in the second year of the Longqing era during the Ming Dynasty, it was initially named Shuiyue Pavilion, also known as Guanyin Pavilion. From the Shunzhi to the Guangxu periods of the Qing Dynasty, it underwent four separate renovations. The newly reconstructed Juxing Pavilion was funded through private donations, with construction starting in October 2002 and completing in July 2003. The pavilion has eight sides and three stories, built with a brick-and-wood structure. The ground floor opens to all four directions, and it stands 22 meters tall with a total floor area of 530 square meters. It is a landmark building that secures the wealth of the three rivers and enhances the scenery of Gaochun.
