The picturesque Nanjing Anji Lake was built in 1976, located one kilometer north of the Ninghang Highway. It lies to the south of Tangshan Town and to the north of Longchang Temple. Nestled deep in the mountains yet embracing beautiful scenery, situated in the valley while overlooking fields and streams, it combines natural charm with cultural landscapes. The harmonious blend of these elements makes the lake area extraordinarily magnificent and vibrant, resembling a fairyland on earth.

Fed by rainfall and mountain springs, Nanjing Anji Lake boasts crystal-clear and sweet-tasting water. With a surface area of over two million square meters and a water storage capacity of about six million cubic meters, the lake is abundant in freshwater fish, yielding approximately 20,000 kilograms per year. The lakeside features nearly a thousand acres of orchards and tea plantations, adorning the entire area with vibrant colors and exceptional beauty.

Surrounded by green hills, shaded by lush trees, accompanied by the rustling of pine waves and the vastness of bamboo forests, the lake and mountain scenery here are breathtakingly beautiful.
