Phoenix Mountain Villa Tourist Area is a national AA-level tourist attraction.

Zhenjiang Phoenix Mountain Villa is located in Chenfeng Village, Gaozi Town, Dantu District, Zhenjiang, beside National Highway 312. Nestled against mountains and near water, the area boasts beautiful surroundings and convenient transportation. Since 2004, it has been invested in and developed by Zhenjiang Phoenix Mountain Villa Ecological Agriculture Co., Ltd., which has utilized the idle hills in the region to establish breeding farms for peacocks, guineafowl, turkeys, wild geese, and more, as well as a fishing center. It has initially taken shape as a villa integrating agriculture, tourism, sightseeing, and leisure. Visitors can freely tour the zoo and feed the small animals; engage in leisure activities such as fishing and playing cards; additionally, the villa offers 8 water-view guest rooms, providing accommodation with scenic outdoor views over the water. At the same time, the villa actively promotes among local farmers the cultivation of economic plants, flower growing, poultry farming, and the development of tourism and leisure projects, driving the growth of the region’s agricultural and tourism economy. The villa also plans to fully leverage its mountain and water resources according to its tourism development strategy, highlighting the creation of an eco-tourism brand, and developing into a fully functional, well-serviced leisure-oriented tourist villa to attract more visitors.
