Hubu Hill is located south of the ancient city of Xuzhou, also known as South Hill. In 206 BC, Xiang Yu, the Overlord of Western Chu, made Pengcheng (present-day Xuzhou) his capital and built the Horse-Taming Terrace at the hilltop, making it Xuzhou’s foremost historic site. --- A place of timeless prosperity, Xuzhou, the city that never sleeps. There was once a local saying: “The North Gate is poor, the South Gate is rich, and those with money all live on Hubu Hill.”
