On July 25, the launch ceremony of the first “Mountain Outfitters Cup” China Outstanding Outdoor Leaders & Compass Awards, organized by Green Field Network, was held on the main stage of the Nanjing Asia Outdoor Products Exhibition. At the event, Green Field Network CEO Zhuo Guang, General Manager Li Hao of Nanjing Ningfei International Exhibition Co., Ltd., founder of Guoke Bar Xiao Bian’er, renowned Chinese outdoor sports expert and first pioneer of whitewater rafting Wang Bing, Mountain Outfitters Mall Operations Director Tian Yunlong, General Manager Lu Xiaoyuan of Hangzhou Lübo Outdoor Products Co., Ltd., and Tian Shi Outdoor Marketing Department head Zhang Mixia were among those present to deliver speeches. The launch was witnessed by over a hundred outdoor leader representatives and professional outdoor media.

The event is mainly divided into four phases:
1) Registration Phase: From July 25 to August 9, leaders and clubs can register online through the dedicated activity page on Green Field Network.
2) Public Voting: From August 10 to 31, participants can vote for competing leaders and teams via the event section on Green Field Network or the mobile H5 page. Each person can vote up to 10 times per day for the same leader or team. All voters will receive a 50-yuan voucher (no minimum spend required) from Mountain Outfitters Mall, with a total value of 400,000 yuan available on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants can also help their favorite leaders campaign by sharing the mobile H5 event page. The top 10 individual leaders and top 5 teams with the highest votes will advance to the expert voting phase.
3) Expert Voting: From September 1 to 5, an expert panel consisting of 8 members from industry associations, academic experts, and seasoned professionals will vote for the shortlisted individuals and teams. Expert votes will account for 30% of the final score.
4) Results Announcement: On September 8, the winning leaders and teams will be announced based on comprehensive scores, and the winners will be invited to attend an offline award ceremony in Beijing.

1) Individual Awards (7 categories): Best Female Leader Award, Most Innovative Leader Award, Most Adventurous Leader Award, Best Public Welfare Leader Award, Most Responsible Leader Award, Most Popular Leader Award, and Most Professional Skills Leader Award.
2) Team Award (1 category): Best Team Award
3) Judges’ Special Award: Directly selected by the judging panel and awarded to individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the industry or delivered exceptional performance.
