The Nianzhuangwei Battle Memorial is a national AA-level tourist attraction. Nianzhuangwei was the main battlefield of the Huaihai Campaign. In this battle, the Nanjing government suffered a "Waterloo," marking a turning point in the Chinese people's liberation cause. At the center of the north side of the Nianzhuang Memorial stands an 18.5-meter-high monument, with a marble relief pedestal, surrounded by four reliefs depicting "Supporting the Front," "Battle," "Charge," and "Victory." The front of the monument features four gilded characters—“浩气长存” (Everlasting Heroism)—inscribed by [name missing]. Major attractions include exhibition rooms, the memorial monument, a stele forest, the square, the South Gate battlefield, Huang Baitao’s command post, and the site where Huang Baitao was killed.
