Luoma Lake is the fourth largest lake in Jiangsu Province, covering an area of 400 square kilometers. Originally a plain, Luoma Lake was formed during the Song Dynasty through geological movements and the repeated breaches of the Yellow River, which diverted water from the Si and Huai rivers into the sea, gradually accumulating into the lake we see today.

The Lakeside Bathing Beach is a natural bathing area by Luoma Lake.
