Suqian Happy Island (China Water City Happy Island) is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

China Water City Happy Island is situated in the core area of Hubin New Town, Suqian City, bordered by Luoma Lake to the west and Zhangshan Forest Park to the east. It is just 8 kilometers from downtown Suqian and about 100 kilometers from Xuzhou. Suqian in Jiangsu Province, praised by Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty as “the finest spring scenery under heaven.”

The Happy Island boasts the world’s fourth-tallest Ferris wheel and more than 30 well-equipped amusement rides, making it a modern theme park that combines visual enjoyment, entertainment, fun, and thrill.

The Luoma Lake Water City Ferris Wheel is currently the tallest in the Yangtze River Delta region. Viewed from the ground, it resembles a giant windmill. Its capsules are crystal-clear, and the wheel stands 122.5 meters high with 48 cabins, each accommodating up to 6 passengers—totaling 288 visitors at once. A full rotation takes around 20 minutes. The cabins are equipped with air conditioning, fans, emergency intercoms, and more. Despite operating at high altitude, the cabins remain remarkably stable—even water in a glass won’t spill. The Luoma Lake Ferris Wheel will become the tallest in the Yangtze River Delta and a new landmark in northern Jiangsu.

“Crazy UFO,” also known as “Big Pendulum,” is a popular international amusement ride. With its attractive design, scientific structure, and grand presence, riders are seated on a rapidly spinning pendulum that swings back and forth, offering thrilling and dizzying fun. Riders often can't help but shout and laugh, greatly enhancing the lively atmosphere of the park and leaving many reluctant to leave. The pendulum swings in an arc while simultaneously rotating 360°. The maximum angle of the swing reaches 90°, all while rotating.

“Mini Shuttle,” also called “Vertical Loop Coaster,” is a dynamic fleet of exquisitely designed, uniquely styled mini cars that drive in unison along vertical tracks with a modern aesthetic. Decorated with colorful lights, sound effects, and child-friendly artwork, it gives kids the sensation of climbing mountains and traveling through time. Exciting yet free from fear, it immerses visitors in a delightful experience loved by children.

The “Swinging Chair Ride” is a type of flight tower amusement. With its innovative design, majestic and spectacular appearance, and strong entertainment value, it blends thrill and fun. Riders hang in suspended seats as the rotating platform tilts and the central axis turns relatively, sending them soaring and swirling in exhilarating motion—you have to try it to feel its endless excitement. The “Pirate Ship” is a large mechanical ride that uses combined external forces to create a back-and-forth swinging motion. Passengers on this undulating pirate ship battle through simulated rough seas, experiencing alternating sensations of weightlessness and heaviness that deliver thrills and chills, along with moments of light-hearted fun, leaving a lasting impression.
