The scenery in Lin Nursery Village is picturesque and beautiful, with a green coverage rate of over 80%, fully showcasing the harmonious coexistence between humans and nature. The village has a long history of fruit tree and seedling production, featuring century-old pear orchards and ginkgo forests. Due to their age, the fruit trees are tall and majestic, with diverse forms—branches twisting like dragons and trunks solid as cast iron. Living in the village, one can enjoy different yet equally enchanting experiences throughout the four seasons, feeling as if in a fairyland—relaxed, joyful, and spiritually uplifted. In recent years, Lin Nursery Village has made full use of the distinctive features of its pear orchards to create an ecologically themed sightseeing park with local characteristics. The park's attractions are thoughtfully arranged, and now include a ten-thousand-tree pear orchard base, a hundred-acre organic grape base, Pear Orchard Homestead, Harmonious Home, Water Park, and Eco Corridor, among other ecological sightseeing zones. Additionally, new cultural landscapes such as Flower Viewing Platforms, Water-Rippled Pear Blossoms, Ancient Ginkgo Grove, Pear Blossom Village, Pear Blossom Island, and Cultural Corridor have been added within the park. Together, they form an urban backyard garden that integrates high-efficiency agricultural planting, tourism, leisure dining, and eco-living.

It has successively been awarded honorary titles such as “Jiangsu Province Comfortable Residential Demonstration Village” and “Jiangsu Province Residential Model Award.”
