The Han Tombs Cluster in Santai Mountain Forest Park is a cultural tourism attraction.

The Han Tombs Cluster in Santai Mountain Forest Park is located in Xiaodian Town, Hubin New District, bordered by Qingtong Road to the north and Santai Mountain Avenue to the west. To accommodate engineering construction, in September 2014, the Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television, Press and Publication, in collaboration with the History Department of Nanjing University, conducted an archaeological excavation of the tomb cluster. This excavation cleared a total of 105 tombs and one kiln site. All the tombs are vertical pit graves. Over 200 artifacts were unearthed, including pottery, bronze ware, ironware, jade artifacts, and glassware. This tomb cluster provides physical evidence for studying burial customs and the living conditions of residents in the Huaihai North region of Jiangsu during the Western and Eastern Han periods.

Xiaodian Town: A township under the jurisdiction of Sucheng County. In 1957, it was formed from the merger of Xiaodian, Guangqian, Zhangshan, Chouxu, and Wanggou townships into Xiaodian Township, renamed Xiaodian Commune in 1958, and later reinstated as Xiaodian Township. It is located in the northern part of the city, 13 kilometers from Sucheng. Covering an area of 69 square kilometers with a population of 31,000, it is traversed by the Sucheng-Xin Road.
