Dongjin Road Cultural, Leisure & Food Street is located in the central-southern part of Yancheng City, bordered by Chuan Chang River to the east, South Jiefang Road to the west, Dongjin Road to the north, and Yuejin River to the south, covering a total area of 15.38 hectares. The main commercial outlets are strategically placed along the street’s spatial interface and within large open spaces to attract crowds, while varied-sized public spaces are set up at key nodes as resting and gathering areas for visitors.

The food street covers an area of 71,000 m², with a construction area of 37,450 m². It mainly features restaurants serving Huaiyang cuisine and local Yancheng specialties, along with a well-planned mix of Sichuan, Hunan, Cantonese, Zhejiang, and other regional cuisines. Large and medium-sized dining venues primarily offer Huaiyang, Sichuan, and Hangbang cuisines, while smaller ones specialize in local Yancheng flavors and Korean cuisine. The integrated commercial area mainly includes supermarkets and gift shops.

The entertainment street occupies 5,197 m², with a construction area of 22,000 m². It features bars, KTVs, coffee and tea houses, chess and card rooms, bowling, billiards, cinemas, and similar amenities. The visitor service center, in addition to providing travel services, may also include a sales outlet for Yancheng tourism products.
