Yangxu Village
A provincial four-star rural tourism area/spot, located in the western suburbs of Yancheng at the intersection of the Yancheng-Xuzhou Expressway and the Ningjing-Yancheng Expressway. The village covers a total area of 10 square kilometers and was honored as a “National Civilized Village” in 2010. It features a tourist reception center, a kilometer-long scenic corridor, a festival square, a rural children’s palace, Xiucheng Ecological Park, Hongsheng Leisure Resort, a sewage ecological treatment demonstration site, the Agricultural Expo Park – Membrane Cube, and an exhibition hall showcasing achievements in building a new socialist countryside. In 2011, it was rated as a Jiangsu Provincial Four-Star Rural Tourism Spot by the Provincial Tourism Bureau.
