Jiming Village is located at the junction of Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Anhui provinces. As its name suggests — “Cock Crows in Three Provinces” — the crowing of a rooster can be heard across all three regions. Here you’ll find Qing Dynasty ancestral halls and Ming Dynasty ancient residences, where you can experience the simple daily life of residents from the three provinces. Due to its unique geographical location, the village’s architecture reflects styles from all three provinces. In addition to the classic Huizhou-style features such as white walls, black tiles, and horse-head walls, it also retains the charm of Jiangnan’s small bridges and flowing streams. Meanwhile, the “compressed beauty of nature” found in Zhejiang’s garden residence architecture is also reflected here.

In addition, visitors to Jiming Village can see various local specialties from Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Anhui. For example, there are chestnuts, bamboo shoots, and green tea from Jiangsu; Daxi mountain walnuts, Anji bamboo fungus, and Changxing ginkgo nuts from Zhejiang; and mountain produce and bamboo products from Anhui.
