Nanshan Lake Park is located in the core area of the eastern new district of Tongzhou, covering an area of approximately 520,000 square meters. It is a comprehensive urban park that includes a folk culture leisure area, a strip green space leisure area, a water sports leisure area, a dining leisure area, and an ecological wetland leisure area.

After more than three years of construction, the brand-new and beautiful Nanshan Lake Park has been unveiled to the world, becoming a new leisure and entertainment destination for the residents of Tongzhou. Especially when night falls and the lights are illuminated, the fountains burst forth in vibrant colors and diverse forms, attracting people from all directions to come and enjoy the scenery and cool off. The atmosphere is lively, and it has now become a popular leisure spot for locals. The musical fountain on the south square continuously transforms with the rhythm, captivating many residents who stop to admire it. In the newly built children's playground, the sounds of children’s laughter fill the air. Standing on the landscape bridge, one can take in the full beauty of the park. Walking around the lake, no matter where you are, you can feel the coolness and comfort.

Passing through the south square and following a 6-meter-wide main path that winds through the park, you will arrive at the north square, which faces the south square across the lake. Here stands the large sculpture "Charm of Rivers and Seas," featuring graceful and joyful seagulls dancing with the wind and accompanied by waves—light, soft, and beautiful—showcasing Tongzhou’s geographical feature of connecting rivers and seas. These uniquely local sculptures blend perfectly with the modern garden, merging the natural beauty of Nanshan Lake with its cultural charm. The children's playground, covering an area of over 10,000 square meters, is located in the northwest corner of the park and is a happy place for kids. Without needing to go to a big city, children can enjoy amusement rides such as a Ferris wheel, high-altitude bicycle, carousel, and roller coaster.

In the hustle and bustle of the modern city, surrounded by concrete and steel, people often move at a fast pace. The completion of Nanshan Lake Park has transformed our city from a cold jungle of steel and concrete into a green, fresh-air, and livable urban space. Walking through Nanshan Lake Park, you are greeted by lush greenery. The park has a green space of over 200,000 square meters, nearly half of the entire park area. With its high green coverage, the entire area is enveloped in green, forming a natural oxygen bar. Nearly a thousand different tree species have been planted, with evergreen and deciduous trees interspersed, creating varied and non-repetitive landscapes across different zones.

On summer mornings, when the heat has not yet fully set in and birds chirp softly from the treetops, early risers walk along the lake in the greenery, either jogging or enjoying the scenery, greeting the new day in the fresh air. At night, as the lights begin to glow and the heat gradually fades, sitting on the bridge and gazing at the lake helps to relieve the fatigue of the day.

Since the opening of Nanshan Lake Park, it has attracted many citizens every day. It has become a new living room for our city. It organically blends natural beauty with cultural charm, allowing people to forget the noise of the world and find a moment of peace for the soul as soon as they step inside.
