The Zhu Family Residence is a Jiangsu Provincial Cultural Heritage Protection Unit.

The Zhu Family Residence is located on Renmin Lane in Qintong Town, Jiangyan District, Taizhou City, and is an ancient building from the Ming and Qing dynasties.

On June 5, 2006, the Zhu Family Residence was designated as part of the sixth batch of Jiangsu Provincial Cultural Heritage Protection Units.

Qintong Town: In recent years, Qintong Town has leveraged its local resource advantages to vigorously implement the strategy of “revitalizing the town through tourism and strengthening it through dual attraction,” intensifying efforts in tourism development. It has restored the Eight Ancient Scenic Spots of Qintong Lake, maintained ancient trees, historic bridges, and old wells, built a new Ming-Qing style street, and applied for recognition as one of China’s Famous Historical and Cultural Towns.
