The Former Site of the Huangqiao Battle is a national AAA-level tourist attraction and a Major Historical and Cultural Site Protected at the National Level.

The Former Site of the Huangqiao Battle includes four revolutionary sites: the former site of the New Fourth Army Northern Jiangsu Command Headquarters, the former site of the Tong-Ru-Jing-Tai Provisional Administrative Committee, the former site of the Third Column Headquarters of the New Fourth Army, and the former site of the Support Committee for the Huangqiao Decisive Battle. The former site of the New Fourth Army Northern Jiangsu Command Headquarters was originally the campus of the private Huangqiao Junior High School, built in 1924, featuring imitation German-style architecture; the former site of the Tong-Ru-Jing-Tai Provisional Administrative Committee is the Ding Family Garden, a Qing Dynasty residence and the former home of the renowned Chinese geologist Ding Wenjiang; the former site of the Third Column Headquarters of the New Fourth Army is the reception building of the Yan Fuxing Oil Mill, a Qing Dynasty residence; the former site of the Support Committee for the Huangqiao Decisive Battle is the former residence of the Ming Dynasty imperial censor He Fei, which was expanded into the He Clan Ancestral Hall during the Qing Dynasty.

It was rated as a national AAA-level tourist attraction in December 2006 and designated as a Major Historical and Cultural Site Protected at the National Level in 2013.
