Shanghai Huaxia Cultural Tourism Zone

Shanghai Huaxia Cultural Tourism Zone (hereinafter referred to as Huaxia), located in the southeast of Pudong, covers a controlled area of 18 square kilometers and a developed area of 7.7 square kilometers. It is divided into eastern and western parts based on regional and geographical differences. The eastern part is Sanjia Port Coastal Tourism Area, which is the only available living coastline in Pudong. It is planned to be built into a sightseeing, tourism, mid-to-high-end leisure, and visitor-participatory destination, featuring four major characteristics: seaside scenery, modern architecture, pastoral charm, and green spaces, meeting the needs of tourists at all levels. The western part is situated at the west end of Chuansha Town and has initially taken shape as a residential community integrating culture, housing, commerce, and entertainment. Shanghai Huaxia Cultural Tourism Zone Development Company (hereinafter referred to as Huaxia Company) and Shanghai Huaxia Cultural Tourism Zone Management Office share the same office and are fully responsible for the unified development and management of the Huaxia Cultural Tourism Zone.
