As Shanghai Phoenix Manor is adjacent to the high-quality upper reaches of the Huangpu River water source, it has formed a unique composite artificial wetland purification system in China. The organic fruits and vegetables produced here have 25%-50% higher nutritional value than ordinary ones. The manor’s reception facilities include a multi-function hall, café, Chinese restaurant, forest hotel, bar, and barbecue area. Among them, the multi-function hall is equipped with a comprehensive conference system that can host various types of meetings for 20–150 people.

The Chinese restaurant is situated in a separate courtyard, featuring six fully transparent scenic private rooms surrounded by lawns and fountains. The menu highlights organically grown seasonal vegetables and fresh produce from Dianshan Lake, combining both Shanghainese and Cantonese cuisines.
