Zhujiajiao Humanities Art Museum
The Zhujiajiao Humanities Art Museum was established in September 2010. Utilizing artistic mediums such as oil paintings and sculptures, the museum showcases the local history, cultural heritage, traditional charm, and folk customs of Zhujiajiao. It presents a striking contrast between the memory of an ancient Jiangnan water town and its modern urban aquatic setting.
Designed by the celebrated architect Zhu Xiaofeng, the museum covers a floor area of nearly 2,000?. It features ten indoor exhibition halls and five outdoor courtyards, fully reflecting the traditional Jiangnan architectural style characterized by its harmonious layout, interplay of light and shadow.
