Heilongjiang Provincial Mass Art Center

The Heilongjiang Provincial Mass Art Center is responsible for guiding and developing the mass cultural work of centers, stations, and cultural courtyards across the province, providing professional training and guidance to cadres at these venues, organizing provincial-level mass cultural activities, as well as conducting theoretical research and creative work in mass culture.

In recent years, the Heilongjiang Provincial Mass Art Center has been dedicated to guiding the creation of mass artistic works and organizing mass cultural events. Many mass art works submitted by the center have won awards in the national "Stars Award" competitions, such as performance programs "Xing'an Chant," "Community Hundred-Family Feast," "Winter Fun," "Migrant Workers and the Boss," as well as art pieces like "Warm Haze over Clear Smoke" and "Baptism of Morning Light." Each year, the "Black Soil Cup" reading and essay competition is organized to stimulate mass artistic creativity.

For many consecutive years, it has hosted major thematic cultural events such as the "Light of the City" and "Golden Fields," which have played a leading role in fostering vibrant mass cultural activities across the province. It has also intensified efforts in coaching and training grassroots cultural teams, completing training for all station heads of established township comprehensive cultural stations. It has compiled and published large-scale pictorials such as "Heilongjiang in the Process of Revitalizing the Old Industrial Base" and "Development, Revitalization, and Takeoff — Heilongjiang in the Journey Towards Building a Moderately Prosperous Society in All Respects." It has also produced and launched over ten exhibitions, including "Managing Songhua River Water Pollution" and "Law Forging Glory."
