The high-end Taiwanese brands MADISON (马帝神), SCUMA (石酷马), and SUPERTENSION (石破天惊) will jointly participate in the 3rd Asia Bike Show 2013 this year. Attendees will be treated to a visual feast with their high-tech products and impressive exhibition booths.
These three high-end brands are all under the same company—Taiwan’s leading bicycle manufacturer, Tai Yih Machinery Industry. Established in 1987 in Nangang Industrial Park, Nantou City, Taiwan, the factory mainly produces bicycles and e-bikes, and is especially known for manufacturing small quantities of diverse, high-end bicycles. Tai Yih Machinery continuously offers customers uniquely designed models, with all products exported to regions such as the United States, Europe, and Japan. Its mainland factory, Tai Yih Machinery Industry (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd., is located in the Zhangjiagang Bonded Zone, Jiangsu Province, China. The factory covers an area of 76,418 square meters, with a total investment of 25 million USD. Production commenced in January 2002. The production line, which is 264 meters long, operates on an assembly line basis. Stretching from west to east across the entire factory, the production line encompasses frame forging, welding, film treatment, electrostatic spraying, rim assembly, and final bike assembly—delivering a seamless production process.
