Traveling eastward along the water, you’ll find a peninsula covered in blooming flowers and dense woods — the “Lovers’ Island.” On both sides of Lovers’ Island, there are soft sandy beaches that serve as natural lakeside bathing spots. On the eastern side of the lake area stands a mountain peak, near its summit lies the “Immortal Stone.” Legend says that the Heavenly Lord Laozi once descended here to refine elixirs and rested upon this very stone. At night, fishing enthusiasts set up simple tents, light bonfires, and cast their lines through the night, finding endless joy in the activity.
